Keen wine enthusiasts can enjoy guided tours and sampling the delights of the nearby Balfour Winery (5 miles), one of the many award winning vineyards on offer in the area, or for those looking to venture slightly further afield there are numerous pretty towns and villages to explore including Headcorn, Cranbrook and Tenterden.
