For those looking to venture slightly further afield, head to nearby Canterbury (7 miles), which is home to the country s oldest cathedral. Enjoy a spot of retail therapy or visit the ancient ruins of St Augustine's Abbey and St Martin's Church which form Canterbury's UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you enter this cosy cottage, you ll step inside to the light and welcoming open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large sliding doors that open out into the courtyard garden. Relax after a busy day sightseeing on the comfy sofa and enjoy catching up on your favourite TV programmes on the Smart TV.
