Nearby attractions include Norfolk s only working watermill at Letheringsett, the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle, or you could take a trip on a steam train. This is a wonderful area for nature lovers and birdwatchers, with numerous nature reserves to visit, including those at Cley, Blakeney and Sheringham. The coast is nearby, with popular towns and villages including Wells next the Sea, Weybourne and Cromer within 13 miles. On entering this bright and spacious traditional flint cottage, you will find yourself in the light and welcoming dual aspect open plan lounge/diner. The lounge features plenty of comfortable seating, a flame effect electric fire, Smart TV, CD and Blu ray DVD. Having a snug dining area, dining table, bench and chairs. Heading into the kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with ice compartment. You will also find a ground floor wet room comprising of walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin. Going upstairs, you will find two cosy bedrooms: there s a light and attractive double room with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, and a comfortable single room. Also on this floor is a utility cupboard tucked into the eaves and housing the washer/dryer. To the front of the terraced cottage is a pretty, partly walled and secluded courtyard which has some outside seating and a table for alfresco dining, where you can sit back and unwind at the end of a lovely day. Please note the neighbouring cottage has a right of way across the courtyard. There is also an allocated parking space just round the corner to the back of the cottage.
