Cottage In Norfolk, Weybourne

Norfolk. Sleeps up to 3

This cottage is located close to Weybourne village centre, just a few hundred metres from the shop, tearoom, and pub. Continue through the village to discover the shingle beach which lies just 0.5 miles from the property which is a popular spot with anglers. For one of the region s most spectacular sandy beaches, head west around the coast to the harbour town of Wells next the Sea some 14 miles away, or alternatively pay a visit to Cromer, a traditional seaside resort which lies just 8 miles east of the cottage. Three external steps lead to the front door of this cottage, which opens into the cosy lounge/diner where guests can immediately make themselves at home on the comfortable sofa. In the evenings, light the woodburner and cosy up with a favourite film on the TV/DVD. In the kitchen the flagstone floor brings an authentic character to the room which is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. There is also a second dining table in the kitchen with seating for two: an ideal spot for enjoying a morning coffee. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor and offers a shower over bath and WC. Steep cottage style stairs lead to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together to form a double, and is a homely room overlooking the front of the property. The second bedroom, meanwhile, is a peaceful single room. Please be aware that the period and style of the property means that there is a sloping ceiling and some reduced head height in the first floor rooms. Outside there is a lawned garden to the rear of the property, as well as a pleasant patio with garden furniture providing guests with a place to enjoy relaxed al fresco drinks during the summer months. There is parking provided for two cars.
