The Space:
Woodfalls Barn is an inviting converted ground level barn with 4 bedrooms, there are two double bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom with shower), one twin room and one single room. As you open the front door, you'll enter the conservatory where you'll find an adjustable dining table and seating, it's a great spot to relax and take in the view across the fields.
The homely converted barn has a very traditional feel with beautiful wooden beams across the ceilings, and the fabulous multi-fuel, bricked fireplace. Featuring two sofas and a smart television, guests will enjoy relaxing around the fire in the comfortable living room after a busy day exploring all that North Norfolk has to offer. Double patio doors open out onto the sunny patio with an outdoor table and chairs, enjoy fantastic views together with alfresco dining!
Opening out from the living room is the well equipped kitchen, with helpful amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. Whether packing a picnic before partaking on one of the many walks, or cooking a family meal for a cosy night in, guests should find all of the facilities they need.
The double bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a set of double doors opening onto the small private back lawn and rose garden, whilst the front of the property delivers a large south facing garden with patio overlooking the Norfolk skies and endless fields.
