At the end of the hall, there is a cosy chill out play room with a sofa, Smart TV, books and games where younger members of the party might like to spend some time away from the adults. There is also room with a separate WC which also houses the washing machine. Finally, in the hallway, you will find a perfect spot set back into the wall where your dog can snuggle up and sleep in peace and comfort. Head upstairs to the first floor for two of the four bedrooms. The bright master bedroom has a super king size bed and two sets of wardrobes to store your things. Watch the TV in bed or sit on the window seat with a book for some quiet reading. The twin bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, a TV and a view towards the harbour. Both bedrooms share the beautifully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. On the second floor, there is another super king size bedroom with plenty of storage space and a Smart TV. The larger window opens fully while you can see the sea from the smaller window. The fourth bedroom is another twin with a built in wardrobe and a view of the River Tweed estuary. The contemporary Jack and Jill shower room has a shower and WC and serves both bedrooms on this floor. Outside, there is a small patio courtyard area off the kitchen with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco dining, and a pizza oven and BBQ which add to the fun. The secure bike store is a separate, lockable room located next to the front door. There is parking for one car in front of the property in the cul de sac and additional cars can park legally on the wide footpath area at the foot of the external stairs.
