The perfect place to relax with friends and family after a long day upon the sand. Following on through the property we arrive at the remaining two bedrooms, both of which have a king size bed and en suite shower rooms with WC. Heading to the rear of the property we enter the delightful open plan kitchen/diner, the kitchen area which comprises of an electric range oven, induction hob and warming plate, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and breakfast table and chairs. The dining area also offers seating for eight guests, perfect for enjoying supper as a family. Off the kitchen you will find the main bathroom, with a contemporary twist. Offering a large freestanding bath, separate shower and WC. You will also find here the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Enter the rear garden area and enjoy the 180 degree panoramic views across the Bristol Channel and Brean beach. The fully enclosed garden area offers plenty of lawn to enjoy garden games and also on offer is a children s climbing frame. Leading off the double French doors from the kitchen is a decked area offering seating for eight guests. To the rear of the garden is your very own BBQ lodge for all the family to enjoy. Here you will also find your own private access to Brean beach which lies beneath. The property offers off road parking for four cars.
