Pack up a picnic and spend lazy days at the seaside. Head to Langland with its pretty beach huts and dine at a beach side cafe… simply perfect!

First Floor Stone spiral staircase leads to the first floor living accommodation. Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, 4-ring induction hob, under counter lighting, table and 8 chairs. Sky mini Q box Garden lounge: steps down. Italian leather corner sofa seating up to 6 people, bar billiards table, bookcase and TV with separate Sky box, showing both family and sports package and bi-folding doors onto the garden. Reception: wood burning fire with log storage underneath, Smart TV with Sky. L shape leather corner sofa. French doors onto a decked terrace with steps down to the garden.
Second Floor Master Bedroom Suite: king size bed, desk and wardrobe.(Low beamed ceiling). Steps up to dressing area. Ensuite bathroom: bath, wash hand basin, WC. (low beamed ceiling).

Enclosed, private rear garden with terraces, some artificial lawn. Garden is gated with storage for bikes, surfboards etc. For families: travel cot. Parking: parking for 2 cars. General: changeover day - Friday (can be flexible out of peak season). Electric heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Pocket sprung memory foam mattresses with goose down duvets. WiFi. Hot tub (Extra charge will apply for all stays - £60 per short break or £100 per full week booking. Must be added at time of booking). 4 star rating. Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
