On the ground floor the entrance hall leads you to a large open living area, warm and welcoming this room captures the ever-changing sea views from the comforts of your sofa. The conservatory features the dining room, comfortably seating ten, highlighted by picture view windows that look out to the sea and beyond. This room leads you outdoors to a large deck area that runs along the back of the villa, with the covered over hot tub.
The kitchen is spacious, modern and very well equipped with views over the decking area and garden.
Off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, dryer and sink.
Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom with sea views and a public bathroom with toilet only.
Upstairs via the grand staircase there are four spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a private balcony with magnificent sea views and a generous en-suite bathroom.
There are two further double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and large family bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Supplement for the use of the Hot Tub is £11 per night and if requested will be added to your booking if you wish to use it.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but strict rules apply.
Located in Dunoon, this villa is on the waterfront. Castle House Museum and The Queens Hall are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dunoon Ferry Terminal and Cowal Golf Club. Traveling with kids?
