The master bedroom has a King-size pine bed, built-in storage and an en suite shower room. The second bedroom has a Queen-size double bed and an additional 3' single bed. The family bathroom features a bath, shower (over), wash hand basin, and w.c. Outside is a galleried seating area with seating for two, making it the ideal spot for a morning cup of tea in the summer sunshine. There is also a private terrace with table and chairs for six, with lovely country view. There is ample parking for two cars. Located next to a dairy farm at the end of a quiet lane in the small hamlet of Eastdown, just 10-15 minutes drive from Dartmouth. Explore the nearby historic harbour town of Dartmouth with its fantastic shops and restaurants, or visit the stunning Start Bay coastline, including the popular family-friendly beach at Blackpool Sands.
