Indoor leisure pool and Westward Ho!, with its shops, entertainments, golf course and sandy beach are just a mile, whilst the market town of Bideford is only three miles. Ideal base for exploring the whole of North Devon and the North Cornwall coastline with wonderful walks along the South West coastal footpaths and walking and cycling along the Tarka Trail which can be accessed at Bideford. Many places of interest are also just a short drive including the gardens at RHS Rosemoor, and Dartington Crystal.

Spacious living room with pine panelling, exposed stonework, leather suite, TV, DVD, storage heater and stable door to courtyard. Shared use of walled garden adjacent, and guests are welcome to roam the owner's surrounding fields. Ample driveway parking.
