Damien Hirst s Verity is also located on the sea front. The Landmark Theatre is close by, offering shows, live music and festivals throughout the year. The Tunnels Beaches with its water pools is located at the bottom of the road and is a real hit with families. Climbing the turret style spiral staircase up to the first floor ,you are immediately stopped in your tracks by the panoramic views. From one side you have views of the charming town and the other side, the sea and coastline. There are ceiling to floor doors, allowing natural light to flood in giving this area a bright and airy feel. The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is stylishly finished with quality fittings, well equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and has a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area has a large table with seating for everyone with sea views and patio doors opening out onto the sea facing balcony. From here, the lounge has large sofas, sea views and is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. It also has a TV/DVD with surround sound system and wood burner for those cooler evenings as well as bi folding doors that open on either side of the room onto separate balconies. Head back down the turret style spiral staircase to the ground floor, then continue down to the lower ground floor with a further lounge area also with TV and surround sound system. There is also a cleverly hidden kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and storage, screened by folding doors useful when wanting to access the garden with direct access to outside. On this floor are the further two bedrooms, a double with TV, garden views and access to outside and the master suite with king size bed, TV, garden views and access to outside with an attached child s twin. Completing this floor is the contemporary shower room with double shower and WC. Heading outside, there is plenty of space to relax including the two balconies in the lounge and dining area. In addition to these balconies there is an enclosed, south facing garden with views over the town with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ; the perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining. There is off road parking for three cars.
