Studded within the grounds of a working farm, the cottage is part of a complex of properties. Elegant and welcoming, it is hardly recognisable from its former life as a set of stables and has access to a shared hot tub for a luxurious break. The surrounding grounds are yours to explore, and there are opportunities for walking and cycling from your doorstep. Venturing further afield, there are popular trails for mountain biking such as the Gap, an exciting trail that will appeal to the experienced rider. Adventurous types can also try out bog snorkelling at the annual championships that take place on the outskirts of Llanwrtyd, 7 miles, away over the August bank holiday. Step inside the entrance hall to discover a spacious and light filled property. The downstairs rooms are tiled throughout, which is particularly handy if you have muddy pawed companions. Relax in the cosy sitting room in front of the TV whilst enjoying the surrounding views. The contemporary kitchen is generously equipped with an electric cooker, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a dining table seating six. There is a also a useful WC on the ground floor. Head upstairs to find the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and WC. Three snug bedrooms can also be found on this floor: a twin and two 4ft queen size beds. Outside, there is a private, but not enclosed stretch of lawn with a BBQ and garden furniture for summer evenings, there is also a shared hot tub. The 'Cefn' flock of North Country Cheviot sheep graze in the pastures around the cottage, and there are also fields suitable for ball games by prior arrangement. Guests are welcome to explore the Owners remote hill farm, 3 miles away, and the woodlands nearby. The friendly owner can advise where to spot the rarest species of birds and wildlife.
