As you enter the property the imposing oak and glass staircase sits in front of the lighthouse feature wall with plenty of space for your sandals, boots and coats. On the ground floor you will find the master king size bedroom with views over the estuary with an en suite shower room and WC. The other a twin bedroom and a stylish family shower room with WC. The third bedroom is located upstairs and is a double room. Natural light floods in to the stylish open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with access to the waterside balcony. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and microwave, alongside thoughtful little extras creating a delightful space to prepare a meal. The dining table is the perfect setting for everyone to gather round and plan your holiday activities. After a day of exploring, relax in the cosy lounge on a comfy sofa or armchair and catch up with TV programmes on the Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon. A Blue Ray DVD player and a range of DVD's are also available. Open the patio doors which lead out onto the balcony, no doubt you will be enchanted by the stunning views of the beach, river, castle ruins and sea from sunrise to sunset. There is also a separate WC with hand basin on this floor. This seaside property is light, bright and relaxing. Outside, in addition to the balcony on the first floor with table and chairs, the property commands stunning beach, river and sea views, if you bring your kayak, surfboard or fishing rod there is plenty of storage space. At the back of the property there is a shared courtyard with a rotary washing line. Parking available for one car right outside the property. There is also ample parking available in the nearby car park, 100 yards from the property (free of charge). Please note the railway is situated to the side of the property and will experience some noise from the railway line during your stay. (Maybe subject to changes in access to shared areas due to social distancing measures).
