The warm and welcoming traditional kitchen has a tiled floor and low 'olde worlde' windows keeping with tradition yet the kitchen itself has everything you want - a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas hob, electric cooker, microwave and a very fine blue oil-fired Aga. There is a table large enough to seat 8 people and a TV.
On entering the farmhouse beside the back door is a utility room with a washing machine and the downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin
The main living room has comfortable sofas and reclining chairs, large wood burner, TV with Freesat and DVD. The second reception room has a sofa bed with the original fireplace (not in use), TV with Freesat and drinks bar.

The family bathroom has and separate shower, hand basin and toilet.
There is also a second bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet.
