This property enjoys a rural location deep within the Herefordshire countryside, just 1 mile from the picture perfect village of Preston on Wye. Here you can walk from your doorstep across acres of farmland and open countryside, taking in the views and wildlife along the way. For more challenging terrain, join the Offa s Dyke Path on the Hatterrall Ridge, or tackle Hay Bluff and the Black Mountains. For keen anglers, the River Wye meanders close by where you can enjoy coarse fishing with a day permit. For golfers, you can enjoy nine holes at the Brampton golf course. For more fun on the water, hire a canoe locally from Hereford Kayak Canoe at Preston on Wye. A trip to the vibrant market town of Hay on Wye is a must, where you can pick up local produce from a farmers market, browse the independent shops or relax and enjoy a director's choice movie at Booth s Cinema. This traditional red brick farmhouse offers a warm welcome. Step in from the porch where you can leave welly boots after a day of exploring.
