The kitchen is compact and well equipped with an induction hob and small work top halogen oven, toaster and a fridge with ice compartment. Views from the kitchen window look across the beautiful Kent countryside. There is a shower room with WC. Outside there is a shared garden area with the owner s property, with a bistro table and chairs and a fire pit. There is also a private parking space for one car.
