This third floor beachside holiday apartment is located on the picturesque coast at Broadstairs. Eagle House was once known as Admiral House, as it was used as the headquarters for the Coast Blockade in the 1800s. The block occupies a unique position situated directly on the beach yet only one flight of stairs away from ’The Parade’ (a pedestrian path), with amazing sea and beach views and comfortable surroundings. Guests can also relax on their balcony whilst watching the boats pass by. This property sleeps two people and is in a great location for a coastal getaway. The flat is situated in Viking Bay, with fantastic sandy beaches, and in the heart of Broadstairs boasting quaint local amenities. Local attractions include the famous Folk Week, which takes place in August, and for golfers, Sea View is within easy reach of four well-known golf courses, including St Augustine, which has hosted the Golf Open in the past. This property is also ideal for walking enthusiasts, with Thanet Coastal Path close by, the longest continuous stretch of chalk coastline in the country. Also, the Viking Coastal Trail is a 27-mile walk, passing through Viking Bay which is where the property is situated. Cycle the Viking Trail, surf at Joss Bay, enjoy the fireworks on summer evenings, as well as the Dickens Festival. There are good rail connections to London.
