Located in a wooded glade, near the small village of Ciliau Aeron in the pretty Aeron Valley some three and a half miles from the picturesque Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron, a colourful destination with pebble beach and plenty of shops and eateries. There is an abundance of footpaths in the immediate area making it perfect for walkers. Sailing and water sport enthusiasts can enjoy the many beaches and welcoming harbours nearby. History lovers will delight at the beautifully restored National Trust Llanerchaeron House, which is a short drive. The bustling seaside village of New Quay is a little further along the coast and has even become home to a pod of dolphins. Enter, what was once the clog makers cottage, into the dining area. From the dining room there is a doorway with one step down to a simple kitchen with wooden units, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is plenty of rustic charm throughout this cottage, a doorway leads through to the lounge with warming wood burner, comfy sofas and TV. Proceed through the doorway to the large downstairs super king size bedroom. Go up the cottage stairs to two further bedrooms, a double and a twin both with wooden floors and views to the front of the property. There is a bathroom with bath, handheld shower and WC. There is a very useful room for children and teenagers to relax in via a small doorway. Outside there are large grounds, bordered by a river and woodland, with a patio area along with your own private hot tub. There is ample parking in the private lane that leads to the cottage, the lane though is uneven in parts when driving to the property.
