Completing the downstairs is a utility room with a washing machine, WC and sink. Upstairs you will find three well proportioned bedrooms a super king room, a king size room, and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have ample storage for clothes and belongings and have been finished to a high standard to offer you a peaceful night's rest. The contemporary bathroom has a bath with a shower over the bath and WC. To the exterior of the property, there is a small courtyard garden benefiting from garden furniture and room to store beach equipment. To the front of the property there is small lawned garden and some external steps taking you down to the pavement. There is on street parking to the front of the property (subject to availability) however, the nearest public car park is less than 0.25 miles away.
