This traditional terrace is located on a quiet side street, just yards from the delightful walled town of Tenby and South Beach. The South Beach is a large expanse of golden sand looking out towards Caldey Island and parts of the beach are dog friendly all year round (see local info). The town's iconic harbour runs boat trips out to Caldey daily through the main season enjoy a day on its secluded beach and some freshly caught fish and chips on your return. For those looking for fantastic views the Pembrokeshire coast path is 0.6 miles from the town itself and provides an array of walking routes. As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a warm hallway with space for shoes and bags, with two reception rooms leading off from here. The main lounge enjoys a gas flame effect fire, TV and DVD player. The second lounge also has a gas flame effect fire and Smart TV offering the family flexibility to spread out or enjoy time together. Further down the hall you will find a stunning dining room with quirky porthole overlooking the contemporary kitchen. There is a downstairs WC too. Upstairs on the first floor, you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom benefits from a double bed, and there is an additional twin room and bunk bedroom offering excellent family accommodation. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is an additional wet room with shower. Externally, there is a patio garden with outdoor dining furniture to enjoy on a warm evening and an additional decorative gravel area with bench seating to relax after a fun day at the beach.
