. I always enjoy receiving a reservation request. I like to get a general idea of why people are visiting, what age group etc as I really like to make sure that my home is suitable as I want my guests to get the very best out of their stay.
Once booking is established I am always available to answer any question. I enjoy meeting my guest and hope to meet them for their arrival. I do have a house manual with lots of information about the utilities etc, but I go through these in person too.
I am never far away and am always available via phone to answer any queries.

THE Curfew
There is a need to give some clarification about comments made about ‘9pm curfew’ made by a previous guests. There is no curfew. In our listing it is stated no outside entertainment /parties after 9pm. For clarification like most residential areas in UK, under a range of local by law s governing noise nuisance in residential areas, outside actives after 9pm is classified as a noise nuisance. The occasion that the guest referred to, were 3 concessive nights that the group staying were making raucous noise and ‘mocking around’ throughout the day until after 1am. In fact this raucous behaviour started about 10am to after 1am. Due to complaint from neighbours about the level of noise after midnight, the guests were asked politely to reduce the level of outside noise after 9pm.
Guests are welcome to use the outside space throughout their stay and weather permitting; most guests use the garden and patio area for alfresco dining or just enjoying the night sea air with a glass of wine with family and friends after the children are in bed.
