Rockside, which has been completely renovated to a very high standard, is located on the west coast of Anglesey, in the popular seaside village of Treaddur Bay. Each and every detail has been carefully thought out to give you a fantastic holiday in this stunning house. The open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is a fabulous space. The superb kitchen has an oven, hob, larder fridge, 2 dishwashers, microwave, toaster and all the pans and crockery you will need. There is a larder room with a fridge/freezer. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier, as well as an outside drying line. The large dining area can seat 12 comfortably and there is also a breakfast island that will seat up to 6. There are two seating areas in the picture bay windows with comfy sofas and chairs. The large sitting room has beautiful picture bay windows, a comfortable sofa and chairs, a wood burning stove, flat screen TV / DVD player and a SONOS wireless hi-fi system. The games room has a corner sofa, wood burning stove and entertainment for the whole family from table football to a cupboard full of books, toys and games, large Smart TV with Netflix and SONOS wireless hifi system. There is also a boot room with boot racks, a bed for your dog (bring your own bedding), beach toys and towels. There are six bedrooms. The first two are on the ground floor. One is a double with a super king size bed and ensuite with bath, separate shower, loo, wash hand basin and radiator. This room has a lovely picture bay window. There is also a twin bedroom downstairs and a bathroom with bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The ground floor also has two further separate loos and wash hand basins. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with super king size bed and an ensuite with a bath, shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. This room has a large picture window leading out to a spacious balcony. The three further upstairs bedrooms include a double with king size bed and ensuite with large shower, loo, wash hand basin and radiator, and two twin bedrooms. The upstairs family bathroom has a bath with shower over, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is a large natural garden with picnic areas, and a BBQ, fire pit and hot tub. The outside table tennis room is perfect for rainy days! There is parking for several cars. Additional parking is available for extra cars and boats. There is a small pebble beach directly below the property with private access. This holiday house has amazing views across the Bay and out to sea. The headland is the perfect spot to sit and have a sundowner. The bright and spacious rooms, fantastic open plan living space, and large number of bedrooms and bathrooms make it the perfect holiday house for friends, families and special occasions.
