Just 2 miles from the M50 this rural property is accessed through a country lane, you really will feel as though you are miles from anywhere with the peace and quiet and the natural sounds of the countryside.
The Lodge is just 5 miles from the fabulous town of Ross-on-Wye, with its cafés, restaurants and boutiques and Michelin star restaurant. A perfect place to bring your bicycles to explore the area, or try your hand at fishing nearby. For golf enthusiasts there is a golf course close by.
Perfectly situated to explore Monmouth, 17 miles, which has some great historical features such as the Monmouth Castle and Monnow Bridge. The Forest of Dean is 15 miles away and has an abundance of activities in the area such as Puzzlewood – a great day out for the whole family – lots of cycling and walking to be done in the area. Cheltenham race course, 32 miles. For those attending the Hay Festival then it’s just 36 miles from Hay-on-Wye. The owners thoughtfully provide complementary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, freshly laid local free-range eggs and a bottle of locally produced wine for your arrival.
