Stepping through the front door, you will be greeted to a spacious entrance hall, with stunning marble flooring with additional dining for guests. Its grand rooms, traditional style and modern decor give the sense of a one-off holiday home experience. The ground floor hosts a large open-plan living room and dining area; there is a second sitting room with leather sofas perfect for getting away from the TV and reading a book. The sitting room has three sofas and two armchairs, ideal for curling up and relaxing in front of the TV of an evening and the formal dining area sits just behind, ideal for large gatherings over a lovely home-cooked meal. The kitchen has been equipped with all the amenities you could need for a relaxing break in the countryside. In the opposite direction you also have the picturesque sea side town of Shanklin, with a its own beach over 1 mile long with golden sands, which is ideal for relaxing in on of the Uk's warmest climate.
